Everywhere I look there are Christmas images, cards and pictures with Santa Claus, elves, reindeer, etc. . . . But there are fewer with images, pictures and references to Jesus. In honor of our Savior’s birth I have created some Christian Christmas images, cards and photos to share this Holiday Season. Feel free to share and post them as you feel led. Let us celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this Christmas season, for unto us a Holy child was born.
Luke 2:10-12 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.
Always remember as we celebrate this Holiday season that Jesus is the Christ in Christmas. He is the Love, Joy and Peace this Christmas Season. I am thankful to God for a “White Christmas” – Isaiah 1:18 – Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.
Matthew 1:20-23 An angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.
All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Emmanuel, which means God with us.
Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Emmanuel.
Isaiah 7:14 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Silent night! Holy night! All is calm all is bright Round yon virgin mother and child Holy infant so tender and mild Sleep in heavenly peace! Sleep in heavenly peace!
Silent night! Holy night! Shepherds quake at the sight Glories stream from heaven afar Heavenly hosts sing Hallelujah Christ the Savior is born! Christ the Savior is born!
Silent night! Holy night! Son of God love’s pure light Radiant beams from thy holy face With the dawn of redeeming grace, Jesus, Lord at thy birth, Jesus, Lord at thy birth.
Away in a manger, no crib for His bed, the little Lord Jesus laid down His sweet head; The stars in the heavens looked down where He lay, the little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.
The cattle are lowing, the poor Baby wakes, but little Lord Jesus, no crying He makes. I love Thee, Lord Jesus; look down from the sky, and stay by my cradle till morning is nigh.
Be near me, Lord Jesus; I ask Thee to stay. Close by me forever, and love me I pray. Bless all the dear children in Thy tender care, and fit us for Heaven to live with Thee there.
O Holy Night!
The stars are brightly shining, It is the night of the dear Savior’s birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining. Till He appeared and the Spirit felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices, For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.
Fall on your knees! Oh, hear the angel voices! O night divine, the night when Christ was born;
O night, o holy night, oh divine! O night, O night divine!
Matthew 1:23 Jesus, being born of a virgin, became human and lived among us. God was with us in human flesh.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 Jesus died for our sins, He was buried, and He rose again the third day as prophesied and recorded in the Scriptures.
What is the true meaning of Christmas? It is not taking a few days off from school or work. It is not the receiving and giving of material gifts. The true meaning of Christmas cannot be found in Dr. Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas, or in Santa Claus coming down the chimney. The true meaning of Christmas can only be seen in the light of His Truth. Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ – He is the Reason for the Season.
Luke 2:8-14 – And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.
Matthew 2:9-11 -The three wise men went on their way and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Isaiah 55:6 – Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.
O Star of wonder, star of night
Star with royal beauty bright
Westward leading, still proceeding
Guide us to thy Perfect Light

Wow, really touching! Very often, people forget about the true reason of Christmas, replacing it with “Xmas”, having wild parties drinking, doing the wrong things, but its important that we keep JESUS in everything we do, not just during the Christmas
month , but also in our daily lives.
Amen to that Zoe, Thanks for sharing – Darrell

Dear Darrell Creswell. I have seen some of your pictures, they are beautiful, I really enjoy your work. I wonder if it is possible to buy one. Or if I am allowed to make a big poster/copy to my livingroom of one of them. I can make this myself, I just need to know what copyright you have?
The picture, I am interested is the one -Wise Men Still Seek Him JESUS- Esaiah 55:6
I can see that you have talked a little about it above, but I would just like to ask you anyway.
It is a message that deserves to be told all the year, and I will put it up on a central place where it also can be seen from outside. I have big windows, they can help but see when they pass.
God bless!
Beautiful cards. Do you make these cards to sell for snail mail?
Beautiful inspiring artworks. Can you put a baby in the manger (the King size bed)?
